Official title: A bill to authorize the appropriation of funds for the operation and maintenance of a Special Operations Wing of the Air Force Reserve, to authorize the appropriation of funds for the operation and maintenance of the Directorate of the Department of Defense Task Force on Drug Law Enforcement, and to require certain reports.
