Philippine Scouts Pay Equity Act - Directs the Secretary of the Army to compensate members of the Philippine Scouts during World War II for the differential in basic pay between such scouts and other members of the U.S. Army in corresponding grades and lengths of service.

Directs the Secretary to equalize military pensions as well.
