Official title: A bill to amend title I of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 to clarify the requirement that summary descriptions of plan provisions required to be provided to plan participants and beneficiaries be sufficiently accurate and comprehensive to reasonably apprise them of their rights and obligations under the plan and to improve civil enforcement of such requirement.
