This bill requires the Department of Defense (DOD) to report by March 30, 2024, on its policy regarding restrictions on the employment of former DOD employees by countries that exhibit adversarial behavior against the interests of the United States. The report must identify the positions to which such restrictions apply and identify any incident in contravention of such restrictions. The report must be submitted in an unclassified form, but may include a classified annex.
