Ensure Military Personnel Learn Opportunities Yielding Vocations that Employ Transitioning Servicemembers Act or the EMPLOY VETS Act

This bill expands eligibility for certain job counseling, training, and placement services administered by the Department of Labor (including services under the Disabled Veterans Outreach Program) to members of the Armed Forces who are eligible for the Transition Assistance Program.
