Ukraine Assistance and American Energy Acceleration Act

This bill provides funding for military, humanitarian, and other support to Ukraine, NATO members, and other countries affected by Russia's invasion of Ukraine. It also addresses various matters pertaining to domestic energy production and trade, including by (1) requiring the resumption of sales of onshore and offshore oil and gas leases, and (2) facilitating exports of natural gas from the United States.
