FEMA Intermittent Personnel Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 2022

This bill makes employment protections under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) applicable to Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) reservists who deploy to major disaster and emergency sites.
