Affordable Housing Resident Services Act of 2022
This bill requires the Department of Housing and Urban Development to award competitive grants to owners of federally-assisted affordable housing for specified resident assistance activities, including obtaining health care, enhancing economic self-sufficiency, and assisting older adults and residents with disabilities.
Referred to the Committee on Financial Services, and in addition to the Committees on Education and Labor, and Ways and Means, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
