Coronavirus Homeowner Assistance Act of 2021

This bill establishes and provides FY2021 funding for the Homeowner Assistance Fund, which provides assistance to mitigate the financial hardships associated with the COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019) pandemic. Specifically, grants are provided to states, territories, and tribes for the purpose of preventing homeowner mortgage delinquency, defaults, foreclosures, loss of utilities, and displacements of homeowners experiencing financial hardship after January 21, 2020.
