National Child Identification Act of 2019

This bill permits the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention to award grants for local law enforcement to distribute in-home fingerprint and DNA identification kits to families. These kits can be turned over to law enforcement to assist in locating missing or trafficked children.
