Beyond the Box for Higher Education Act of 2019

This bill removes drug conviction questions from the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

It also requires the Department of Education to issue guidance and recommendations for institutions of higher education to remove criminal and juvenile justice questions from their admission applications.
