Access To Health-based Options and More Ease with Learning Act or the AT HOME Learning Act

This bill extends certain emergency paid sick leave and expanded family and medical leave provisions and modifies such provisions to include employees with children in schools implementing virtual or hybrid instruction due to COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019).
