Defense Communities Coronavirus Relief Act of 2020

This bill establishes and modifies Department of Defense programs that provide financial assistance to communities that support military installations and personnel, including programs for community infrastructure projects and for schools and small businesses that have been impacted by COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019).
