Essential Worker Protection Act of 2020

This bill requires the Department of Labor to convene an interagency task force to issue guidance on the development and implementation of a comprehensive infectious disease exposure control plan to protect employees identified as having an elevated risk from occupational exposure to the coronavirus (i.e., the virus that causes COVID-19).
