Leadership Evaluation At Department of Veterans Affairs Act or the LEAD VA Act

This bill requires the Department of Defense and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to jointly conduct a study to determine the feasibility of establishing a pilot program under which officers of the Armed Forces in the grade of O-6 are assigned to serve for three years as directors of VA medical centers.
