New Opportunities to Expand Healthy Air Using Sustainable Transportation Act of 2020 or the NO EXHAUST Act of 2020

This bill addresses programs at the Department of Energy (DOE) related to domestic manufacturing and the use of fuel efficient and zero emission vehicles in the transportation sector, including by directing DOE to (1) establish a rebate program to encourage investment in electric vehicle charging infrastructure; and (2) conduct an assessment of the challenges to, and opportunities for the deployment of electric vehicle charging infrastructure in urban areas, particularly in underserved or disadvantaged communities.
