Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Rebate Act of 2019

This bill requires the Department of Energy to establish a rebate program to encourage investment in electric vehicle charging infrastructure. Specifically, the bill requires the program to promote the purchase and installation of certain electric vehicle supply equipment that will be installed at a multi-family housing unit, a workplace, or a publicly accessible parking lot.
