The College Data Access Act
This bill requires the Department of Education to maintain and annually update its online tool allowing users to compare institutions of higher education (i.e., College Scorecard).
It also requires an institution of higher education to prominently display, on the institution's website, the most recent version of the institution's College Scorecard.
