Developing Education by Leveraging Tuition Assistance Act or the DELTA Act
This bill allows members of the Armed Forces to use Department of Defense tuition assistance for education or training at a degree level equal to or lower than a level previously attained if (1) it is relevant to the member's professional duties, and (2) the content is not substantially similar to that of education or training previously received.
