Travel Advisor Retail Fairness Act

This bill requires the Department of Labor to revise regulations to remove travel agencies from the partial list of establishments having no retail concept. An establishment having no retail concept may not claim the exemption from minimum wage and overtime pay requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938.

Until Labor completes such a revision, a travel agency shall be considered an establishment having a retail concept.
