Plain-English summary
This bill requires the Joint Committee on the Library to enter into an agreement to obtain a statue of Shirley Chisholm.
The committee may authorize the Architect of the Capitol to enter into the agreement as well as related contracts.
The committee shall place the statue in a suitable permanent location in the U.S. Capitol.
