Cyber Deterrence and Response Act of 2018

This bill establishes a process to identify and impose sanctions against foreign persons, entities, and countries responsible for state-sponsored cyberattacks against the United States and instructs the President to periodically brief Congress on state-sponsored cyber activities against the United States.
