Blocking Regulatory Interference from Closing Kilns Act of 2018

This bill delays required compliance with specified emission rules applicable to kilns. Specifically, the bill delays national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants for brick and structural clay products manufacturing or clay ceramics manufacturing until the earlier of:

  • two years after final judicial review, or
  • December 26, 2020.
