This bill directs the U.S. Postal Service to issue and sell an Alzheimer's Disease Research Semipostal Stamp.

Proceeds from the sale of the stamp must be transferred to the National Institutes of Health for medical research relating to Alzheimer's disease.

The stamp must be made available to the public for six years.

Any limitation relating to whether more than one semipostal stamp may be offered for sale at the same time shall not apply to the stamp issued under this bill.
