Reaffirms U.S. support for forward deployment of missile defense systems to protect the territorial integrity of the United States and its Asia-Pacific allies.

Urges enhanced strategic diplomatic engagement and military cooperation by the United States to address the growing North Korean threat.

Demands that the international community fully enforce sanctions against the North Korean regime.

Condemns any further escalation that endangers Guam and our citizenry or that could lead to a military conflict with North Korea.
