Buy America for Drinking Water Extension Act of 2017

This bill amends the Safe Drinking Water Act to permanently extend a requirement that water system projects financed through a drinking water state revolving fund program only use iron and steel products that are produced in the United States, unless the Environmental Protection Agency grants a waiver from the requirement.
