Stop Outsourcing Security Act

This bill requires the Department of State to ensure that only U.S. government personnel are providing diplomatic security services at diplomatic or consular missions in areas of contingency operations or other significant military operations. The President shall report to Congress on the status of the transition away from using private contractors in certain mission critical or emergency essential functions.
