This bill broadens the definition of "law enforcement officer" for purposes of enhanced retirement benefits under the Federal Employees' Retirement System.
Specifically, it includes, as a law enforcement officer, a member of the Capitol Police who transfers to a supervisory or administrative position with the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center.
