Child Advocate Program Reauthorization Act

This bill amends the William Wilberforce Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2008 to extend through FY2022 the authority of the Department of Health and Human Services to appoint independent child advocates for trafficking victims and other vulnerable unaccompanied alien children.
