Financial Accountability in Reporting Act or the FAIR Act

This bill amends the Ethics in Government Act of 1978 to require an individual who filed a financial disclosure report as a candidate for the office of President, Vice President, or Member of Congress to file a financial disclosure report by May 15 of the year in which the individual assumed the position or within 30 days of assuming the position, whichever is later.
