Loya-Sears Warrior Transition Assistance Reform Act of 2018

This bill directs the Department of Defense to provide an action plan to Congress relating to the Transition Assistance Program (TAP), including goals to (1) require all members of the Armed Forces to begin participating in TAP one year before separation from the Armed Forces, (2) standardize the TAP curriculum across all military departments, and (3) implement various standardized performance metrics to measure participation and outcomes.
