Federal Retirement Fairness Act

This bill modifies the federal civilian service that is creditable service under the Federal Employees Retirement System (FERS).

Specifically, it allows service as a temporary or intermittent employee performed after December 1, 1988, to be creditable under FERS if an employee or Member deposits a certain amount into the retirement fund.
