Safe Equitable Campus Resources and Education Act of 2018 or the Secure Act of 2018
This bill amends the Higher Education Act of 1965 to address the needs of individuals with disabilities, such as their needs if a campus is evacuated or their needs if they are victims of sex offenses, domestic violence, dating violence and stalking incidents.
