Missed Opportunities in Aviation Act of 2017

This bill requires the Department of Transportation to report to Congress the total number of airport development project grant requests that were under review for funding during the preceding fiscal year. The report must include the number of requests that were granted, were denied, and remained pending at the end of the fiscal year.

The report must detail those that were denied or remained pending but showed the greatest potential for improving aviation in the United States.
