Lyme Disease Research Stamp Act

This bill directs the U.S. Postal Service to issue a Lyme Disease Research Semipostal Stamp.

The proceeds from the sale of the stamp shall be transferred to the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases for funding Lyme disease and related tick-borne illness research, through payments which shall be made at least twice a year.

The stamp shall be made available to the public for at least six years.
