Ensuring Regulations are Successful or Ended Act of 2017 or the ERASE Act of 2017

This bill terminates a federal rule one year after it is finalized unless Congress enacts a joint resolution that provides for the continuance of the rule, or the rule is finalized before the enactment of this bill.
