Contingency Operation Waste and Fraud Prevention Act
This bill requires the Department of Defense (DOD) to submit to Congress a strategy to prevent corruption in any reconstruction efforts associated with a military operation. It also establishes the position of Senior Anticorruption Officer in DOD, the Department of State, and the U.S. Agency for International Development, and a Working Group for Anticorruption.
