Educating Student Loan Borrowers Act of 2017

This bill amends title IV (Student Assistance) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 to expand disclosure requirements related to student loan repayment options applicable to an institution of higher education that participates in the William D. Ford Federal Direct Loan Program.
