Low-Wage Federal Contractor Employee Back Pay Act of 2017

This bill amends the Continuing Appropriations Act, 2016 to require the federal government to provide compensation to the employees of federal contractors that provide retail, food, custodial, and security services to the federal government if such employees are placed on unpaid leave as a result of any lapse in appropriations beginning in FY2017.
