Department of Defense Overhead Cost Savings and Transparency Act

This bill requires the Department of Defense (DOD) to: (1) submit to specified congressional committees the Defense Business Board study entitled "Transforming Department of Defense's Core Business Processes for Revolutionary Change" and any supporting information used by the board to conduct such study, and (2) make such study publicly available.

The bill sets forth House and Senate procedures for the expedited consideration of legislation to implement at least 80% of the DOD cost savings identified in such study.
