Acknowledges the creation of the Virgin Islands of the United States Centennial Commission to lead the federal effort to commemorate this centennial.

Expresses appreciation for the years of strong U.S.-Danish diplomatic relations.

Encourages the Archivist of the United States to cooperate with Denmark and the U.S. Virgin Islands to digitize the historical records of the Virgin Islands and make them accessible to the people of the Virgin Islands in research facilities on all three major islands of the Virgin Islands.
