Cluster Munitions Civilian Protection Act of 2015
Places restrictions on the use of cluster munitions.
Directs the President, within 90 days after the use of such munitions, to submit to Congress a plan for cleaning up any such munitions or submunitions which fail to explode and continue to pose a hazard to civilians.
