Trade Review Accountability Needs Sunlight and Preview of Any Regulations and Exact Negotiated Components Resolution or the TRANSPAREN-C Resolution

Amends Rule XXI (Restrictions on Certain Bills) of the Rules of the House of Representatives to make it out of order in the House to consider any implementing bill submitted for a trade agreement or trade agreements entered into under any law unless the final legal text has been made available to the public at least 60 days before the bill is introduced in the House.
