Recognizes that: (1) finding every veteran a home is the right thing to do and a necessary step toward repaying the debt that U.S. citizens owe the men and women of the Armed Forces, and (2) that debt requires the realization of a decent home and a suitable living environment for veterans.

Expresses a commitment to ending veteran homelessness.
