Access to Life-Saving Trauma Care for All Americans Act
(Sec. 2) This bill amends the Public Health Service Act to reauthorize grants for certain trauma centers and grants to states for trauma centers through FY2020. The categorization of certain trauma centers is revised.
(Sec. 3) The Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response is given the authority to administer these grants.
