Ongoing Recovery and Conservation Awareness Act of 2016

This bill directs the U.S. Postal Service to issue and sell a Puget Sound Restoration Semipostal Stamp.

Proceeds from the sale of the stamp must be transferred to the Environmental Protections Agency for operations supported by the Puget Sound Action Agenda.

The stamp must be made available to the public for five years.
