Save America's Pastime Act

This bill amends the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to exempt from minimum wage and maximum hours requirements any employee who has contracted to pay baseball at the minor league level.

The bill shall not be construed to require application of maximum hours requirements to any employee who has contracted to play baseball at the major league level.

No employer shall be subject to liability or punishment on account of any violations of minimum wage, maximum hours, or specified recordkeeping requirements regarding any work performed before, on, or after enactment of this bill.
