Support the Families of Fallen Heroes Act

This bill directs the U.S. Postal Service to issue a Families of Fallen Heroes Semipostal Stamp.

The proceeds from the sale of this stamp (after the recovery of costs) shall be transferred as follows: (1) 50% to the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors, and (2) 50% to the Families of the Fallen support program of United Service Organizations, Inc.
