Guard and Reserve Equal Access to Health Act

This bill directs the military department concerned to provide a physical examination to each requesting member of a reserve component who will not otherwise receive one through that department.

The military department concerned shall: (1) provide such examination during the 90-day period before such member's scheduled date of separation, and (2) give the member a record of the examination.

A member shall not be entitled to transitional health care benefits through his or her department solely by reason of being given such examination.
