Anchorage Land Conveyance Act of 2014 - Directs the Department of the Interior to convey to the municipality of Anchorage, Alaska, in response to its offer to acquire, the reversionary interests of the United States in

  • 1.93-acre site known as the Egan Center, Petrovich Park, and Old City Hall;
  • a 0.48 acre-site known as the parking lot at 7th Avenue and I Street; and
  • a 0.24 acre-site of an unimproved vacant lot located at H Street and Christensen Drive.

Requires the municipality to pay the appraised value of the federal reversionary interest and all costs associated with the conveyance.
